Oy Vey!

And we thought things were going to get easier... No, making and selling cheese is full-time job. But at least we're no longer dependent of contractors and other construction types. (Nothing against them, really.) But the space is finally ours, and we've even made it through a few weekends at the Farmers' Market (pictures of that to come).

Pure Beauty....am on my way to a farmer's market in Niles MI, but probably won't find a match for Bosky Acres goat cheese.....Happy Fall.

Ivy, we bought some of your cheese at the Waxhaw farmers market yesterday morning and also some organic whole grain pita bread and promptly made sandwiches to eat in the car on the way to Northlake Mall yesterday. They were great! We are big fans of your cheese and I can't wait to use it in a savory goat cheese cheesecake that I've been wanting to make!
